Solenoid Valve Information:
Solenoid valve is used to control the direction of fluid automation basic components, belongs to the actuator; It is commonly used on mechanical controls and industrial valves to control the direction of the medium and thus the valve switch.
Working principle of solenoid valve:
There is a closed chamber in the solenoid valve, and there are through holes in different positions. Each hole leads to a different tubing. There is a valve in the middle of the cavity and two electromagnets on either side. To which side, the movement of the control valve body is used to block or leak different discharge holes. The oil inlet hole is often open, and the hydraulic oil will enter different discharge tubing, and then push the cylinder through the pressure of the oil. The piston drives the piston rod, which drives the mechanism. In this way, mechanical motion is controlled by controlling the current of the electromagnet.
